Our roaster has been in the coffee business for 12 years and loves to share great coffee with everyone. Over the years, we have developed a healthy obsession with freshness and roast every week to ensure our customers get their coffee at the peak of its flavor. We strive to find you only the best organic selections from around the world. In addition to our coffee selection we have a great selection of teas using local harvest herbs from Gustavus.
Our main drive in business is sustainability, both environmental sustainability and the communities we work with. To achieve this we use only organic coffee, roast entirely with electricity sourced from our local hydropower. We

We also source our beans from cooperatives and estates we know to be socially and environmentally responsible. For our blends we use Fair Trade Certified beans.
