About Us
Colin Peacock is a California Culinary Academy trained Le Cordon Blue Chef. He is known for his passion for delicious and unique flavors and in supporting local food producers. His recent trip to Italiy inspired him to produce fresh pasta the likes of which have never been seen. Using traditional pasta forms and techniques but modern ingredients such as greek yogurt instead of eggs to provide nutritionally rich and flavorful pastas that hold up well both frozen and fresh.
He uses organic and local ingredients whenever possible. Feel free to reach out with any questions or custom orders.
