Redbird & Raven is a small-batch cottage bakery specializing in naturally leavened sourdough, Southern-style biscuits, and hand-decorated cookies. Owner and pastry chef Jossie Lukacik is new to Juneau, having trained at the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in France, been named NC Pastry Chef of the Year in 2017, and won her episode of Food Network's Christmas Cookie Challenge. We bake to order using simple, quality ingredients and a starter we tend daily.

Redbird & Raven operates as a cottage food business under Alaska's Cottage Food Law (HB 251), making and selling our breads, biscuits, and cookies directly to you from our home kitchen in Juneau. Every item is labeled with our business name, ingredients, and major allergens, so you always know exactly what you're getting. Everything is made by hand in small batches with simple, quality ingredients, and we're glad to answer any questions about ingredients or allergens before you order.
