Young entrepreneur, Aiden Pietan, started Glacier Greens as a summer homeschool project to learn about starting and running a business. Now more than a project, Glacier Greens is a full fledged business, selling microgreens to Juneau residents. Aiden offers fresh microgreens weekly. He says microgreens taste better than their adult vegetable. They taste great on sandwiches, wraps, tacos, pizza, salad and more!

Organic and Non GMO seeds used, along with organic soil. In the summer months we grow outdoors in a greenhouse. We hope to grow all year long, but the logistics of growing in the winter are still in the works.
